I want to make a small console-text quest. I watched different guides, found a lot of interesting things, but there is no such thing for everything to be on the shelves. And I want to make a quality game for the first more or less serious project.

Can throw out the word "console" and ". Net" and go to Google. You will be surprised how many manuals for creating games.
How to sort everything out? Read the documentation for any gaming platform, such as Unity 3D.
Well, the most important thing! For developers, there is no concept of a game. There are quests for them, arcades, RPGs, MMOs... And until you decide on this buzzword, you won't be able to write a game.
