I advise this www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/139997813 excellent book, now swift is already 4 versions, but still more than relevant. Also, if you plan to seriously study swift, I recommend the bestkora.com resource for ridiculous money, get a translation of Stanford courses, which are a must have for learning swift. But in general, need to improve your English :)

Vasily Usov "Swift Application Development Basics". There is also a Russian site swiftbook.ru There is a good translation of the swift documentation and there are translations of some English lessons.
