Are there any good books on OpenGL without programming?
Good afternoon, I decided to learn OpenTk. In principle, the software part (syntax, etc.) is not a particular problem, but the theory is slow. Please tell me a good book, where there is a minimum of programming (only if necessary) and a maximum of theory. Moreover, I write in c #, and there will be c ++. Or any other useful source, thanks in advance.
PS I'll add in advance that I don't feel any particular aversion to either programming or c++ in books, I just don't want to spend time on code and want to focus on things that are more important to me.

How to program without programming, how to eat without food, how to breathe without air... what are you talking about?
OpenGL is a graphics API (Application Programming Interface). How can you learn programming interface without programming itself?
Maybe you are confusing OpenGL with the general concept of graphics in general?
If you are sure that you are not confusing, the answer is that this does not happen. Without examples, trial and error, nothing is learned ...
Well, the classic among OpenGL books is OpenGL Programming Guide (9th Edition)
