FTP - no, only hostings have their own file managers, in your case it’s easier to write such a script yourself, on the same PHP, upload it, go in the browser - it will be executed and that’s it, then delete it and that’s it, even if this doesn’t work, then learn at least this, otherwise Wordpress will again be hysterical because of the same "unsolvable" problem.
