Are there any examples of criminal cases against citizens of the Russian Federation (in the Russian Federation) under computer articles (272, 273, 274, ..), if they hacked the USA / Europe (and did not hack the CIS)?

A search on the federal court and a quick googling turned up nothing. Someone writes that Interpol does not even send orders, except that the hack is very large. Someone writes that orders are being ignored. There is no extradition agreement, but this does not mean that they are not caught? Although the opposite examples were not found.
From what I found - "big" hackers (when they break large companies or steal millions) from the Russian Federation are sometimes caught and tried in other countries, but I did not find any information about small ones at all.

They call in the USA, the EU, they arrest and extradite there.
It is not the size that is important, but the presence of the case

small ones are clapped on the shoulder and put in a hook, publicity still has a lot of honor to do
