Are there any convenient means of migrating Wordpress sites to a new hosting?
I don’t want to spend three hours smoking a 25-point manual like “fix it here, dig it over there, download it here, google why points 22 and 24-D stopped working on the new version, if you didn’t find a solution, try another 30-point manual”
Yes whether ready-made scripts to run the script on the old hosting, copy the zip, run the script again on the new hosting?

Just overwrite the files and the database on the new host.
Anything else will just make it harder.
Well, as an option, you can use the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
here is something like a visual manual for using it:

Not the most elegant transfer method, but still fast and understandable.
A couple of months ago, for the sake of interest, I used this plugin - everything worked perfectly without any jambs.
Support Duplicator - very simple and automated solution. Creates 1 archive + 1 installation script from your site. Upload the archive plus the script to the new host, run the script, follow the instructions, enter the login password from the new database and voila - you're done.
I use it in all my WordPress projects - never for 3 years there were jambs.
Taking into account the fact that there are no bindings to paths in the VP, it is enough just to copy the files and the database and make identical access to the database on the new server, which is much easier.
