Are there analogues of vk.me for whatsapp and viber?

We set the task to implement a button on the site for a direct dialogue on VKontakte, Viber, WhatsApp, with the company manager. For VKontakte there is vk.me. The question is how to implement this for whatsapp and viber? Quick googling didn't help. Buttons to share in social networks are not the same. Do you need a button to open an application with a customized chat? Is this possible with some standard means of social networks or html?

This is quite feasible through Telegram, more precisely through its web version.
