You need a program like Email Parser, preferably free or cheaper, or just ready to consider any analogues. Maybe the functionality is somewhere more convenient. Is there anything in mind?
Briefly about the program, it connects to soap via imap or pop, scans all incoming letters and parses letters, including attachments, according to various filters / rules, forwards them in the required format to another mail, and also launches various scripts, external programs and forwards and etc.
