Error: Program terminated?

After installing a clean (original) distribution of Windows 7 (Home (SP0) or Ultimate (SP1), there are two boot disks), and installing only one driver on the D-Link DWA-525 WiFi card, I try to install an update for IE11 - it gives an error, I install the native antivirus from Microsoft - an error, programs like AIMP, Proteus 7.10, as well as the remaining drivers for the chipset and sound are installed every other time (the sound card is special, drivers with Win7 are not suitable).
On Windows XP SP3 (original, clean) it works well, everything installs without problems.
For many, such an error is associated with Explorer, everything is fine with him, do not write tips on how to cure Explorer.

1. Run through memory with a memtest for every fireman, trouble may be in it.
2. What is the distribution? Where did you take it from? License or crack? How did he quack?
3. Was there a problem right away? Or did it appear after installing the firewood you mentioned?
