Tell me, are there any programs for writing technical specifications so that you can create blocks and connect them with lines in series, such as Blueprint in UE4, only for text?

I found something similar, called Mindmap, the most suitable for use is Mindmeister (other services and software are a complete collective farm), but still this is not exactly what
UPD needs. I found an open source tool called Twine ( https://twinery.org/ ), 8 out of 10 satisfies all the requirements of
