Are there alternatives to AdColony?

I want to add Videos-For-Virtual-Currency ads to my Android game (when a user can watch an ad and get virtual currency for it, like in PvZ 2). I know that AdColony provides such functionality. But I can't add the app there, because the service requires the app to be on Google Play, and my account is blocked there. Is there an alternative system that provides such functionality?
