Are the sensors for Arduino Uno and Resperry Pi 3 compatible?

in most cases compatible, but arduino works on 5v, and raspberry on 3.3. If you apply 5v to the raspberry gpio, it may burn out. analog 5v sensors may not work correctly, for example. etc. see voltage and current.
