Are the right resources chosen for learning HTML/CSS, JS, PHP?

I decided to go into web development, so far I have not decided specifically - front end or back end.
They advised me to learn HTML/CSS and learn JS and PHP at the same time.
Actually, here is a list of resources and a few of my thoughts on them:
HTML / CSS : htmlacademy.ru (Good explanations, there is practice, but not all kinds of tags are not put off in the head as well as I would like, in connection with which, I think to raise some site of your own to store hard-to-digest information..)
JavaScript t: learn.javascript.ru (To be honest, I looked very superficially, but everything seems to be well written too.)
PHP : codecademy.com(I really don’t know anything, but purely visually it seems convenient, the first lesson is writing some kind of Hello World, I haven’t really understood yet whether the service is cool.)
In general, I don’t really trust such services, for me, books are much better, but I decided use these same learning services purely in order to quickly "enter" all this, understand what's what and where to move on; Yes, and all this was advised by more or less knowledgeable people.
Please answer on the topic of the question, and in particular, at the expense of codeacademy - is there any sense?

@webrapist

So, in short:
And most importantly, practice, practice, practice: we learn 90% of the material when we do it, and only 40% when we observe it.
Codeacademy - I consider it a waste of time (IMHO).
Try interactive courses better than HTMLAcademy

@Chekhoved

During the time spent writing this question (which is rhetorical), one could learn a couple of dozen tags.
Start right now!
a - link
p - paragraph
div - block
The main thing is to start. )

Start simple - make a calculator :)
Learning by doing is the best school.
