Are the PR articles interesting?

Habr, hello! I would like to share my experience in developing web applications in one program. Are you interested in PR articles about little known or small programs and how to work with them?
In particular, about what Multibrowser (http://multi-browser.com/en) can do and how to work in it?
Or just, does it make sense to write anything on this topic?

For PR articles, they are banned mercilessly here, read the rules of the resource carefully.

Thank you, but then I don’t understand the meaning of the blog “I PR”? + it would not be a simple PR, but an instruction on how to work in one environment or another ... For example, in GNU nano ... Or in the same multibrowser ...

If an article is about something useful, then this is primarily a useful article and not PR.
Here, however, you need to understand this fine line very well, especially if the article is about something paid.
