Are the PC specifications suitable?

Hello.
I'm planning to build a PC. budget - $ 1000 + -
The computer is needed for the following programs:
FL studio
Cubase
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Flash
Corel Draw
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premier
And a few games
I think to take such hardware:
Processor i5 - 7600k or i7-4820k
Video card MSI GeForce GTX 1050 ti 4gb or 1060 3gb
HDD - 1TB
SSD - 128GB
16GB DDR4 Kingston
Motherboard - MSI
Will these specs hold all these programs?
Is i7 worth it?
Is it worth it to pay extra for a video card?
Do I need to replace something with a better option?

In order of priority: SSD 256Gb/i7/GTX 1060/.... the rest is OK.

if Adobe Premier, then i7 is better.
SSD may make sense to look at 256 GB Look at
the motherboard and memory slots so that you can then buy another 16 GB. That is, either take the memory with one bar, or so that there are 4 slots on the motherboard, and 2 remain free for the future.

Is i7 worth it?

The i7 is worth the money. It's better to overpay a little and take the i7 7700 without K.
The GTX 1060 3Gb is better than the GTX 1050Ti in every way, despite the difference in memory.
