Are the components suitable for the system unit that I have chosen?

I decided to upgrade my PC to socet 1151. I chose the following components:
1) Case - Zalman H1 - www.dns-shop.ru/catalog/i199404/korpus-zalman-h1#o...
2) Deepcool DA 700W power supply - www .dns-shop.ru/catalog/i197709/blok-pitaniya-deep...
3) Processor - Intel Core i7-6700 OEM - www.dns-shop.ru/catalog/i1021537/processor-intel-c...
4) Mother:
Option 1:
ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 GAMING K4 - www.dns-shop.ru/catalog/i1036473/materinskaya-plat...
Option 2:
MSI Z170A GAMING M3 - www.dns-shop.ru/catalog/i1035656 /materinskaya-plat...
5) RAM -DIMM DDR4, 16GB (2x8GB), Kingston HyperX - www.ulmart.ru/goods/3604461
Now the questions:
1) Does everything fit together?
2) Will SLI work on these motherboards, I already have one GTX970, in the future I will buy another one for SLI. I did not find any information about NVIDIA SLI support for these motherboards. Or does it not matter at all? Everything is done through the video card?
3) Which of the two proposed motherboards to choose? Please don't post if ASUS is good or MSI is bad or vice versa. Just a reasonable advantage. By the way, I have a video card from MSI. If that's the deciding factor.
4) Is the processor that I have chosen a top one for socket 1151?
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Motherboards are almost the same. take any.
There is no real advantage that can be seen in any of them.
SLI is written right there in the description (both have it):
SLI/CrossFire CrossFire X support The
memory is not suitable. mother supports up to 64 GB of RAM. If you take two by eight, you will have two slots occupied, and when expanding to 64 GB someday in the future, these two modules will have to be thrown out.
It’s better to buy one module for 16, so that later you can finish off 3 more modules of 16 each.
Well, or immediately 2x16 so that you have 32 GB right away.

SLI does not make sense to put, waste your money. It is better to sell the existing card, add money and buy a new one.
