Are some Bitrix pages empty on the phone?

Faced such a problem. Some pages are empty when viewed from the phone, more precisely, the header, footer, title are displayed, but there is no content there. The problem is not observed in all browsers.

- There are no media queries, meta to block browsers and other things there .. I don’t understand what this phenomenon can be connected with. The last thing it started doing was converting the site to UTF-8, but then a rollback to cp1251 was made and some modules that were not used were disabled. There is no cache at the time of the screenshots, autocaching is turned off.
