If you learn react js then switching to react Native will be easy or this is a very different understanding. I understand that one is a framework and the other is for applications on the phone. But

Similar in many places but there are a lot of additional nuances that will need to be tightened. If you think that after learning react js you will transfer to RN in a month, then you are mistaken.

Writing apps for a browser and a phone are two different things.

At the React level - where the components, hooks, sagas and that's all - it's the same library.
But in fact, a significant part of the development is occupied by fuss with the platform. And now the web and mobile phones are noticeably different platforms, just a huge number of differences.
