Are PHP cookies flying?

Hey everyone. I have such a question: if you navigate the links very quickly on the site, without waiting for the page to fully load, then ~ after 2-3 such clicks cookies fly off. At the same time, in setcookie, I also pass the fourth parameter '/' and the life of the cookie is specified as it should, and if we wait for the page to finish loading, then everything will work okay, but why do they crash in this case?
