Depending on the implementation on a particular device. According to the RFC and the spec, the key is 128 bits, but they usually cheat and instead of just HMAC-SHA1, they wind up rounds of PBKDF2 from it to get a 256-bit key in order to reduce the probability of a collision to an infinitesimal one.
