Are Kator's NodeJs Lessons Relevant?

I moved on to the second part of learning node.js from the lessons of Ilya Kantor.
And realized that he was using a very old 3.x version of express.js, as I was told.
And now I'm wondering if I should do a chat on the second part of the video tutorials, or is there something better?

What were the requirements? If: video, Russian - then I don’t know a better course.
If the requirements are: video / articles, language: Russian / English, then I think yes, after studying the first part of the course, it is better to look for a newer combat example. But! You won't lose much if you watch the second part and do it on the old version.
