Are imac developers buying?

Hello everyone I'm interested
in the question about aimags. I talked with the guys I know, everyone says that they buy macbooks for themselves and attach an external monitor to them. Question: do you need aimags?

Or the same hackintosh, if you really need a poppy without their hardware. I don’t understand why they stopped making normal minis for an adequate price, which was the Mac mini 2012.
In my case, I have two good monitors on which I work, that is, I already have a piece of iron to which I could connect a computer, but For some reason, Apple does not make computers with normal characteristics up to 60k and does not allow them to be customized.

Well, macbook + monitor is fine, but it's still a bit inconvenient. If you need a working machine with a large screen, then the aimak will be more convenient. But I would buy some Dell monik for a 13" MacBook and I would have failed on it.
