Are GTK+ themes needed or am I misunderstanding?

I liked openbox a lot, simple and fast, I hooked a socket from xfce to it.
Googled Temok for him - set, applied.
The windows look great, but the applications are poor, I understand that you also need to install the GTK + theme, I also googled it - yeah, good.
But somehow it saddens, are there any themes that immediately have GTK + design and windows in them, so that they would be in the same style?
I even googled me menda-themes - Great, but I didn't like her style.
