Are classes and functions not highlighted when called?

Hello. I have a noob question. Why does Pycharm only highlight functions and classes when they are declared? Ran through all the settings.

Hello. I don't know if I can help you or not. But in the settings you can set the picture yourself.
Just at the bottom you press but that piece when you want to repaint and change the settings.
