safe, more than specified by the manufacturer, they will not be able to supply electricity to the display, if you asked about it.

You need to worry if you have ROOT rights for all applications, and applications from the handle. They will not be able to adjust the parameter more than is set by the manufacturer from the factory. The verdict is safe for just a user, but there is little point in such an application.
