I was interested in projects on arduino, but I had not been involved in electrical engineering before. Advise what is worth buying for a start (a set can be some or in parts) and where is it better to order? I live in Yekaterinburg
. It may be worth buying accompanying literature? I know C ++, but I'm not familiar with electronics itself

I ordered everything on aliexpress in parts. Even batches of at least 10 pieces turned out to be 1850 rubles. Resistors, capacitors, transistors and a register in a radio store for 320 rubles. If you are interested, I can throw links (to components) somewhere. Literature is on ampere @ and @ , so no need to buy.
