Arduino and stepper motor connection

Arduino

There is Arduino, Bipolar Stepper Motor (4 wires), transistor ULN2003, l298n, Breadboard.
Is there any way to connect them to make the engine work? If possible, what will be the scheme and code of Arduino?

I think there is no need to use ULN2003 - the same power switches are in the L298 driver itself.
Since you have already tried to do something, then look at freeduino.ru/arduino/mshield.html
Most likely the problem was with the program code.
