Arduino port com4 question marks?

Question marks ⸮⸮⸮⸮ appear in the port monitor. I used to connect the dht library, tracked the temperature, everything was normal, now instead of information there are question marks. I reinstalled the Arduino ide 2 times, another com5 port. The problem does not go away.
Could the installation of any new programs affect this? What can be done?
