Arduino as RFID/NFC reader, is there enough power?

Please do not write that you can buy ready-made equipment, I do this for training and testing my capabilities

1) The load on the reader is about 3-4 readings per minute

enough for sure. for the quest I made interactive with RFID cards. There, the reader controller is engaged in reading, the arduina only pulls it, receiving data from it.
I can tell you more - you can hang several readers for 1 arduin.
