1. What is better for building my DE (on openbox or something similar) and the whistle-fake I need? Arch or Debian Unstable or something else?
2. And what is better to take: a "clean OS" (for example, Debian) and deliver openbox to it or a ready-made one (Cruchband for example)?
3. Should I try E17?
