Archives of obsolete and unreleased applications, do they exist?

There is a very curious site 4pda on the Runet (most likely, you know this resource). My favorite part of all this was my Android apps section, because among the rubble of junk and handicrafts you can find really worthwhile apps (such as Leena Launcher, Nano Launcher and some OEM apps). There are many applications that are not on the GP and the like. They say that the authors are tearing up topics with XDA, but in search of such similar archives, I did not find anything like that there. Are there such sites on the rest of the Internet, or are only Russians such garbage collectors?
