Arch Linux is dumb, unlike Ubuntu. What have I done wrong?

Introductory:
Comp: i5 9400F / 16 GB / SSD / GTX 1650.
Installed a fresh Arch. The kernel is the latest (not LTS). DE - Gnome 3. X11.
Installed drivers: nvidia (440), nvidia-utils, lib32-nvidia-utils, vulkan-icd-loader, lib32-vulkan-icd-loader. Enabled trim for SSD. Well, like everything.

Problem:
In general, everything is fine, but it seems that the performance has become much worse than it was on Ubuntu, or, moreover, Windows:
1) CS:GO freezes at the time of shots, and in general, walking is twitchy. Although the recommended settings are - high. Tried to reduce still - shadows, MSAA. Actually it doesn't affect anything.
2) Dota2 slows down too. Although I remember exactly that everything flew on Ubuntu. Vidyuha, of course, is not top, but not so slag that even such games cannot be pulled.
3) In chrome, on some sites (for example, this page https://itsfoss.com/things-to-do-after-installing-... starts to lag hard during the loading process and the tab almost hangs.
4) On other sites , slightly blunts smooth scroll, but barely noticeable or it seems to me;
5) Also light stupidity when you expand the window / minimize the window. But barely noticeable.

Am I missing something/didn't enable it? Could this be due to X11? Mb try wayland. I remember watching something similar in 18.04, but then in 18.10+ it stopped.

@l4m3r

on the kernel:
- install the intel-ucode microcode - disable protections that cut performance by adding mitigations=off to the kernel boot parameters - try the linux-lts (nvidia-lts) kernel according to the graphics:

Could this be due to X11? Mb try wayland.

this can be done quite simply by selecting the WAYLAND session in gdm when loading,
but note that applications using XWayland may experience a performance drop,
for example, in order for the mozilla to work through wayland, you must add the MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 variable
, etc.
- add (if not automatically blacklisted) the nouveau module will reboot,
see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA for details

If you just choose between systems, then stop at ubuntu. It will already contain everything you need without any special settings. If you need a specific environment to work with, then you will have to work on it, spending N time. I have been working on ubuntu with different shells for about 3 years. Very satisfied. The system is constantly evolving

Faced with the fact that the nvidia drivers work fine with lts kernels. And with not lts different problems emerge.
