Arabic language does not work in yii2, what should I do?

Has anyone had problems with Arabic in yii2 advanced?
Added 'ar-AR'=>'العربية (AR)', When entering Signup, it throws an error:
PHP Warning – yii\base\ErrorException
MessageFormatter::__construct(): msgfmt_create: message formatter creation failed

I understand the problem was in the absence of the intl extension. Close the question. it's resolved
