The task was to draw up a TOR for a recommendation service similar to https://www.mywot.com/ , only even easier. Users will not be able to rate sites, but only suggest them for consideration. I know php, python and js.

• No registration and storage of user data, only a chrome extension that shows the rating for the current site and a button to offer if there is no rating yet,
  
• the web application itself, which throws sentences into the base (WOT has an evaluation algorithm, etc., will not be here)
