Hello, when I was just starting to study web technologies, I decided to make a website, and at the same time apply my knowledge in practice. He took content from the institute, paying students for lectures (some of them stuffed them on a laptop), or scanned the handouts of teachers, took lectures from teachers and scanned them, etc. In a word, there is a unique economic content. I drew the design myself, so it's great and terrible, but it's unique, it's not a template.

So what do I have?

-a site with a unique design (albeit bad, but unique for SEO) -a site
with unique texts for tens of thousands of characters
-attendance 250-500 people per day, up to 800 per session.
- in the top of Yandex and Google for many keys, for example, “economic portal”, or “economic news portal”, I’m already silent about the titles of the articles.

What am I planning to do?

- Put on the site all the content that I have, now there is only a small part of it from what was planned. (this can be seen on the tabs, under the calculator, where you can select articles and textbooks on the topic in Ajax. Here are the active links - this is what I posted, but this is only a small part)
-Make a forum and gain an audience
-raise the ticks by 10-20 units
- raise traffic to 2-3 thousand unique per day
- if you're lucky, then get into the YaK (do not take this item into account when analyzing)

So, how much can this site be sold for now?
How much will it cost if I get what I want?
The site has been under construction for a year now with a little, of course, advertising it is teeming with, but only for the purpose of testing a possible income, so do not boil over this.

I just want to roughly evaluate the site, if it's not difficult for you. Interested in two prices. its value now, and its value when the goals are achieved. This is important for my motivation to finish it anyway.

A person who buys a business is primarily interested in its profitability and how long it will pay off. Websites are not a very permanent business, everything often changes there, so you can sell it, counting on the fact that it should pay off in six months or a year.
Now see how much profit the site brings you per month. 50 rubles? So he has a red price of 500 rubles. 500 rubles? you can try to find a buyer for 5000, etc.
A potential buyer does not care how many ticks you have there, and you yourself drew a design or took a template one, the most important thing is that the site makes a profit, otherwise there is no point in buying it. (Of course, there are still shitty SEOs who buy up domains with any high tits to hang their advertising shit there, but such a site will die very quickly and if you have invested so much time and effort into your site, then it is better to sell it to a person who will further develop it)
