Applications to block access to the Internet?

I began to limit my sticky ability to spend time on YouTube.
I put a couple of applications like: Go fucking work for Chrome and stay focused for tf.
Now I want to restrict access to the entire Internet in general from a certain hour until the morning.
What are the FREE apps for this?

Well, you can simply pull out the twisted pair cable, it also helps.

so what's the problem?
you have a great reason to learn how to configure a firewall - deny all outgoing connections and be done with it. (you can add an internal network to the exception)
