Application specific rights?

On Android, applications have access to folders: /data/user/0/<Java package name>/ . However, a normal user cannot access these folders.
My app is broken. But its data is in the folder: /data/user/0/com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager/ . How can I copy .xml files from this folder? What are the options?

It probably depends on the version of Andeoid, I have application folders and files on 9k through any file manager (for example X-plore) at /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.appname/
