Apple / Magic Mouse?

Found it via bluetooth. Installed, but the scroll does not work ...
Colleagues in the settings (Mac OS) have it separately and have the appropriate settings.
I have it only in the "Keyboard and Mouse" settings
Mac OS X 10.5.8
How to fix the situation? Maybe you need to put a "snow leopard"?
