Apple ID and Developer Account: to combine or not?

Good day to everyone,
I decided to create an Apple Developer account for myself and somewhere I met that it is not recommended to make it the same as the Apple ID (which is already available naturally). I can’t find the link where I read it, so the questions are:
Is it really better to separate the DeveloperID and AppleID (which is used in the app store for purchases)?
- If YES, WHY? What are the pros and cons of this solution?
- Well, of course, the reviews of those who have them are different, and who have the same one.

Options:
-One account was stolen from you - the second one remained
-You violated something from their faces. agreements, the account was closed - the second one remained.
Only this comes to mind.
