I wanted to buy the Apple Developer Program - Membership for one year. I entered my card details for the first time, but there were not enough funds. The next day I topped up the balance of the card. And I tried to pay again. They debited my money after 48 hours. I don't see the order status. And I still haven't got my license. What to do in such a situation?
