For starters, I would like to know about Apple support. Is there a Russian-language technical support department there or will you have to contact America and communicate in English anyway Will it be necessary to send a

I registered the ios dev program for a private person, but even there there is no automatic registration for Russia. I sent a fax to Apple with a questionnaire. The money was also withdrawn with some left foot.

But all support was english. I have never heard of Russian support.
Regarding the documents: EGRN - what is it? If about a legal entity, then the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, well, there are extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and not from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
