App update in app store, design spam?

I released a new version, first they asked me to confirm some nonsense that the application does not have hidden mechanisms that take you to the casino and does not issue loans and something else like that, confirmed it, again went for verification, and after that they ran into "Design spam ", they say your application repeats the appearance and / or functionality of another application from the app store, but we won't tell you which one. The application is a client for a small online game on my site, in the appstore there are no more clients (as elsewhere) for playing on my site. I've been fighting with support for a week now, what can be my application repeating itself? I explain that I want to update the application, and the previous version has already been passed to the app store and functions quietly there, but with bugs, albeit with the same design.
