App to configure esp8266?

The module needs to be configured by the user for the project. The web interface will not help, but the application on the phone will be just right. But how can this be implemented at all?
From the settings:
SSID / PASS from Wi-Fi, as well as some data necessary for work.

I think we need to make an application that simply opens the web interface, because there is no fundamental difference between the application interface and the web interface, and it will take up a little space.
