APK file of libGdx project not installing on Android 4.2.2?

I am making my first attempts at programming for Android.
After creating a libgdx project, packing it into an apk file and signing it, I get the following problem:
apk installs on Android 4.4 (physical and virtual device) and refuses to install on Android 4.2.2.
Tried downgrading API via build.gradle file. The result is the same.
What could be the problem?

... or maybe it's my problem with the apk signature

Connect the device via usb cable to the computer and try to install the apk. After throw off the installation logs, i.e. errors that will be shown there.
