API service for filtering swear words in text?

I just can’t find a normal api service for filtering obscene language in Russian. Recommendations are needed.

You can sketch yours. Wikipedia has almost all the mats, from there you can parse them into the database. Then add different forms of the mat to the base. Such api is not a problem to make, though for beginners it can be a bit difficult. But you will not depend on extraneous api.
