API p2p of which RU banks are available?

Time is running out - APIs are changing). I couldn’t find a mountain of garbage material in search engines, etc. (I’m not saying that it’s not), in the API access of any RU bank for card>card transfer. I'm not talking about underpayments "Fruit" or "Tydenga".

Can anyone suggest a direction?

not quite api, but the problem can be solved
by sberbank, sms mobile bank (i.e. send commands and receive answers only through a mobile operator)
seems to be the only p2p api that works in russia, since formally transferring money between users is bad bad, but you right api whole for this,
almost certainly limits on operations will be small there, as soon as you start spreading money like a fan, there will immediately be questions

BINBANK has it, Alfa has it too, and many others have it too. Naturally, these are not public services. Connection conditions are individual everywhere.
