How to collect app download data on Google Play?

Hello gentlemen.
There was an urgent need to collect statistics for an application published on Google Play. I would like to access some API and collect data on downloads, geographic distribution of users, average work time, etc. So that all this is collected and stored for subsequent analysis by the company's internal tools. The Play Console is not suitable for this, and Google does not have an open API for these purposes.
Is parsing the dashboard from the console the only way to get the raw data? Where, in this case, do detailed statistics for services like Sensor Tower come from?
Ready to throw tomatoes, I will be very glad for any tip :)

@Alexandre

when downloading an application, it sends its data, including IP, to the statistics API of its server, analysis requires only 20 lines of code.
