API limits My warehouse?

I am doing integration with the "My Warehouse" service
There is a list of restrictions in the documentation

No more than 100 requests per 5 second period
No more than 5 parallel requests from one user
No more than 20 parallel requests per account
No more than 500 requests from one IP address
No more than 10 MB of data in one request sent to the server

Interested in how long these restrictions apply (minute, hour, day, etc.)
The TP did not answer anything.

But this wording is somehow more or less inaccurate. The rest are clearly written.
