APC SUA1000I very strange marriage?

Good day to all!
As recently as yesterday, a brand new APC SUA1000I was brought in, the box was factory packed, there were no signs of opening or dents. I took the UPS out of the box, everything seems to be in order. But having peeled off the sticker from the back (see attached photo), I noticed that the back metal panel under it has a dent and the connectors for connecting equipment are broken.
Who thinks what? Has anyone encountered this?

If the supplier is not vigilant for reputation, then what the hell can you prove :-(

try to communicate with the supplier, if it does not help, then you can try to write (call) to APC. There were cases on the same hub when the vendor helped with something.

Something is somehow muffled, the supplier "pulls rubber" ...

To disassemble and repair it yourself, there is no longer a guarantee and it is unlikely that you will be able to prove that you did not drop it
