Apache won't restart, what should I do?

I get this error when trying to restart Apache
C:\Users\Gulfariza>c:\server\bin\apache24\bin\httpd.exe -k restart
AH00526: Syntax error on line 246 of C:/server/bin/Apache24/conf/ httpd.conf:
DocumentRoot 'C:/server/data/htdocs/' is not a directory, or is not readable

Perhaps there is no specified path, perhaps the slashes in the path should be turned in the other direction, perhaps the user under which Apache is running does not have rights to the specified path.

Are you sure that it should be exactly C:/server/data/htdocs/and not C:/server/bin/apache24/htdocs/?
